2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz lime
1/2 oz cranberry juice
(reduce to 1/4-1/3 if using cranberry cocktail)
1 egg white
1/8 oz vanilla extract
or
1/4 vanilla bean

How to Mix

  1. In an old fashioned glass with ice combine Kahlua,  Vodka and Peppermint Schnapps

  2. Top with half and half

Cran-Raz Spritzer

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cranberry cocktail juice

  • 2 cups seltzer

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 4 lime wedges for garnish

  • 8 frozen raspberries

Directions:
1. Combine cranberry juice, seltzer and lime juice in a pitcher.
2. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses then add 2 frozen raspberries to each glass and garnish with lime wedges.

Simple Artichoke Dip (enough for 2)

  • 1/4 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 

  • 1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  • Combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Spread mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

With Bacon!

​Bacon Wrapped Dates w/Bleu Cheese (for 2)

​

  • 1 ounce sliced bacon, cut in half

  • 1 ounce pitted dates

  • 1/2 ounce blue cheese

​

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  • Slice dates in half, and open them up. Pinch off pieces of blue cheese, and place them into the center of the dates. Close the halves of the dates, and wrap a half-slice of bacon around the outside. Secure each one with a toothpick. Arrange in a baking dish or on a baking sheet with sides to catch any grease.

  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the bacon is crisp. Turn dates over after the first 20 minutes for even cooking.
