This (and future posts) is written the way I speak. The punctuation and spelling will be whatever I want. Just thought I should mention that - so I don't receive cut-and-pasted versions of this post with "helpful" corrections. It's good info...just get past the grammar and punc.

As we finish out 2018 and begin 2019, I thought I would try something I have been thinking about for a little while. I suppose it's the start of my own resolution list - even though I try not to do resolutions lists, I prefer to set goals. I set large and small goals and then break them down, like a crazy person, into a strategic plan to reach those goals. Many times, it actually works.
So here it is - I've decided to start a blog (or whatever this is that you are reading right now) as a way to share thoughts beyond the social media post, be helpful, and get some things off my chest now and then.
